- Studio Layout and proposed equipment
- Brief on editorial line
- Detailed five years’ business plan with company profile, financial plan and projection and management structure;
- Detail CV of the Managing Director
- Detail CV of the Chief Editor
- Criminal Record Certificate of the Managing Director
- Criminal Record Certificate of the Chief Editor;
- A copy of an Identity Card or Passport for contact person;
- Weekly program;
