- Detailed CV of Chief Editor
- Criminal record of the Managing Director;
- Criminal record of the Chief Editor;
- Detailed five years’ business plan with company profile, financial plan and projection and management structure;
- Registration certificate indicating intended services (RDB/RGB)
- Brief on editorial line;
