Required documents for your application
First time application
- Detailed CV of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer or Director General;
- Criminal record certificate of the Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer or Director General;
- Detailed five years’ business plan with company profile, financial plan and projection and management structure;
- Certificate of domestic registration specifying that Terrestrial Pay Television services are among the businesses to carry out;
- Copy of ID or Passport for contact person
- List of channels to be in their bouquets
- A signed agreement between multi-channel distributor and Pay television provider;
- Performance Guarantee of 200,000USD (Submitted before once the license is approved before its issuance)
