Required documents for your application
First time application
- Business plan of at least ten (10) years
- A copy of Domestic Registration Certificate
- A copy of proof of ownership of the fuel depot or agreement with the owner of fuel depot
- A copy of the testing and commissioning reports certified by competent engineer(s) or Entity
- Calibration certificates for tanks, thermometers, pressure gauges, flow meters and density meters from a competent authority/entity and test reports
- Bonded warehouse license from customs
- A copy of insurance of the fuel depot
