First time application:
- Proof of land ownership or petrol service station rent agreement between the petrol service station owner and the retailer
- A copy of the business registration certificate specifying that petroleum products services are among the businesses to carry out
- Copy of EIA certificate
- Construction Permit
- Occupation Permit
- Fuel tank calibration charts from a licensed service provider
- Pressure tests report from a licensed service provider
- Verification report of the measuring units from a competent authority
- Proof of payment of the application fee as specified in Annex I of these Regulations
Renewal:
