- Application letter ( motivation) pdf
- lease or sale agreement of land/building pdf
- Proof of land/building ownership (land title with related owner identifications)
- 360o (0,30,60,90,120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 360) pictures showing the surround environment.
- Drawing indicating ( pdf) - Plan ( layout) and elevation of the site as well as the right of way with all related metrics in m
- Technical specification of the site equipment and materials ( pdf) (e.g: antenna,etc...)
- Motivation 1 - Drive test for the current situation
- Motivation 2 - Surrounding sites ( location ( GPS), distance, capacity utilization and optimization solution conducted if distance less than 500m,)
- Motivation 3 - Coverage prediction of the new sites
- Motivation 4 - Azimuth and tilt of antennas
- Motivation 5 - Technical specification of the active equipment
- Copy of valid license In PDF

- Right of way authorization from central/local authority - from City of kigali(Mandatory)
