- Company profile and Five years period business plan;
- Registration certificate indicating intended services (RDB/RGB)
- Studio Layout and its proposed equipment (Where applicable).
- Brief on editorial line and projected weekly program;
- Copy of ID or passport for contact person
- Any other information deemed necessary by the Regulatory authority for decision making
