- Criminal record certificate of the Managing Director and Chief Editor;
- Certificate of domestic registration specifying that broadcasting services are among the businesses to carry out
- Studio Layout and its proposed equipment for content provision.
- Brief on editorial line;
- Detailed five years’ business plan with company profile, financial plan and projection and management structure
- Weekly program
