- Scaled design of Pole installation in PDF
- Drawing in shapefile
- Fibre Optic Cables Specifications
- Overall Network Diagram and design
- The agreement/joint report between the poles ‘owner and the applicant on that particular application
- The lease contract between the poles ‘owner and the applicant on that particular application for the whole network (if any)
- Time Plan for rollout
- Copy of valid license
